About the Role
~1 min read0G is looking for a highly proactive Project Manager to drive execution across our business, product, and engineering teams.
This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving, remote environment. You will take company priorities and turn them into clear projects, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes—then stay close to execution to make sure things actually get done.
You will work across multiple functions. You should be comfortable understanding priorities, translating context clearly, identifying blockers early, and proactively driving teams toward resolution.
Because we operate as a distributed team, strong remote communication is essential. You should know how to create clarity without relying on constant meetings—documenting decisions, communicating context asynchronously, following up proactively, and making sure stakeholders know what they own and what happens next.
This is not a role where you simply maintain project trackers or schedule meetings. We are looking for someone with strong ownership who will actively identify gaps, follow up on commitments, challenge unclear priorities, and help teams execute more effectively.
