Are you an experienced customer success manager who instinctively spots gaps in client engagement and understands the practical realities of managing customer relationships? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your main job or consulting projects? Join us in shaping how AI understands and applies customer success expertise at scale.
About the Role
~1 min readReview and refine AI-generated outputs related to customer success, client engagement, support processes, and practical aspects of customer management
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
Draft realistic customer scenarios based on your direct professional experience
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. customer success manager, client, support team, or stakeholder)
Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated customer success content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic customer success reasoning, real client relationships, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional customer success work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about customer success processes at scale.
A senior-level customer success manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing customer success strategies
Skilled at evaluating client engagement processes, customer requirements, and compliance
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
