Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your main job or freelance projects? Join us in shaping how AI understands and applies visual design expertise at scale.

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to visual design, user interface assets, branding concepts, and practical aspects of design workflows

• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, creativity, and alignment with professional design standards

• Draft realistic design scenarios based on your direct professional experience

• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. designer, client, creative director, or stakeholder)

• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated visual content

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true design reasoning, authentic documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional design projects, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about visual design at scale.

• A senior-level visual designer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing design projects and creative deliverables

• Skilled at evaluating design processes, documentation, and quality standards

• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
