The role of Product Operations Analyst focuses on improving product health and enabling manufacturing efficiencies across the entire supply chain to support product availability and customer experience. This role offers broad exposure to how operational decisions connect manufacturing, supply, and business outcomes across a diverse product portfolio.

Responsibilities

- →Business Analytics: Analyze demand, supply and inventory trends to identify risks and opportunities, and translate these impacts into clear recommendations and action plans.
- →Stakeholder Management: Partner with BU, Operations, and manufacturing teams to address supply gaps, support recovery plans, and enable successful product launches.
- →Process Improvement: Drive collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen processes and deliver long-term business impact.

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field
- Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
- Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
