In this role, you will manage the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. The Facilities Manager plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. Additionally, the manager oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansions. As a Facilities Manager, you will design and develop organizational policies relevant to the facilities department. Responsibilities

- →Manage facility support operations, including process tools and cleanroom environments.
- →Oversee maintenance, repairs, modifications, and installations of facility equipment (HVAC, cleanroom systems, waste treatment, deionized water).
- →Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- →Foster a culture of innovation, risk-taking, and continuous learning.
- →Anticipate industry evolution and proactively adapt infrastructure and talent strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical preferred); 10+ years of relevant experience in facility operations, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Technical Expertise:
- Experience with HVAC, cleanroom mechanical systems, hazardous materials handling, and semiconductor processes (e.g. CVD, photolithography, thin film deposition, plasma and wet etch).
- Familiarity with software/hardware control systems, SCADA, energy management systems, and digital facility management tools.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Leadership & Communication:
- Ability to establish relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
- Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to take initiative and drive for results
- Demonstrate ability to drive change, manage risk, and inspire a culture of innovation.
