Responsibilities

→Own the availability, performance, and reliability of site infrastructure —servers, storage, virtualization, backup
→Plan, implement, and monitor infrastructure changes; maintain capacity for site growth and new-project ramp-ups
→Implement and enforce IT security policy locally; run internal security checks and support and internal audits
→Manage identity and access, patching, data protection, and secure remote / hybrid access

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of IT experience
Strong hands-on knowledge on either Linux OS or Windows, be understanding on storage, data backup, networking, Oracle DB
Solid understanding of IT / information-security practices and experience supporting security or compliance audits
Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin

Experience with semiconductor company infrastructure: built Converged Infrastructure systems, and high-performance storage
Experience operating within a multi-site or global IT organization
Good English, both oral and reading/writing, for day-to-day communication with global teams and clients
