Responsibilities

→Design and develop software architectures to support factory scheduling and simulation, including data pipelines, web applications, and simulation models
→Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions
→Develop and implement software solutions using a variety of programming languages, including Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, and PHP
→Ensure software solutions are scalable, efficient, and reliable
→Collaborate with data engineers to integrate software solutions with data pipelines and architectures
→Develop and maintain software documentation and metadata
→Ensure software solutions meet security, quality, and compliance requirements
→Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring and coaching junior engineers
→Coordinate solutions across business, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation
→Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
→Collaborate with data analysts to ensure that software solutions are data-driven and provide actionable insights
→Partner with IT teams to ensure that software solutions are properly integrated with existing systems and infrastructure
→Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
→Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data analysts, and IT professionals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on software architecture and design
Proficiency in a variety of programming languages, including Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, and PHP
Experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with data engineering, including data pipelines, architectures, and tools
Experience with full stack development, including front-end and back-end development
Hands-on experience with shop-floor operations in both wafer and backend manufacturing, with a deep understanding of the production processes and challenges

Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Proven track record of successfully coordinating solutions across business, data analysts, and IT teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
