In this role, you’ll work closely with SeekWell’s operations teams to turn data into insights that help the business make smarter decisions and improve how we work. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization, dig into data, and have the opportunity to see your work make a real impact. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in analysis, maintaining all necessary data dictionaries.
- →Support enterprise data migration projects by analyzing data requirements, translating current operational logic into new platforms, and refactoring processes to maintain data integrity.
- →Build and maintain Databricks Silver tables designed to serve analytics and reporting needs, ensuring data quality and consistency throughout data migrations.
- →Work closely with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to clearly articulate the data needs for analysis and actively participate in the collaborative data modeling process.
- →Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement and contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and tools.
- →Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- →Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to present data-driven insights.
- →Clearly communicate findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and informal communication channels like Slack.
- 4+ years of data analyst experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency with Databricks and SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Hybrid Work Requirement: Ability to work in the office two days per week in Draper, UT
- Experience with data analysis tools such Python, R, and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders from all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with data management best practices and regulatory requirements for sensitive data (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA)
