We are looking for an IP Link Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of IP connectivity across our global infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering high-capacity IP links (DCI, backbone, IX, transit) across multiple data centers and regions.
You will work at the intersection of network engineering, vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient connectivity aligned with business and operational requirements.
About the Role

Act as the primary point of contact for carriers and providers through ordering, provisioning, and installation scheduling, tracking tickets and escalating delays where needed. Validate delivered services against agreed requirements for capacity, location, and SLA. - Technical Coordination
Work with IP/network engineering to translate link requirements into configurations and implementation plans. Support validation of basic routing (BGP sessions, reachability) and link status and performance checks. - Implementation Support
Coordinate testing windows and track Layer 1–3 validation steps during link turn-up activities. Ensure documentation is complete and services are formally handed over to operations. - Reporting & Tracking
Maintain delivery trackers and status reports with regular updates on timelines, risks, and blockers. Provide capacity tracking and basic forecasting inputs to support planning. - Incident & Support Participation
Assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues with vendors and support incident coordination when required. Track post-incident actions through to closure.
