We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our centralized Analytics team and help us better understand how our customers experience 1Password. You'll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and Design to support feature measurement, build reports, and help the business make data-informed decisions. This is a role for someone early in their analytics career who is naturally curious, eager to grow, and excited to work on problems that matter.
On the Analytics team, we're thoughtfully embedding AI into how we work with data. That looks like using AI to accelerate SQL development, pressure-test interpretations, turn complex datasets into clear executive narratives, and increasingly, building Generative BI applications that let stakeholders explore and interrogate data on their own. We approach AI the same way we approach data quality: with clear standards, human accountability at every consequential decision, and a commitment to getting it right before it influences the business. As a Product Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to learn alongside experienced practitioners and develop a strong foundation in how modern analytics teams use AI responsibly.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

2+ years of experience working with data in an analytics, BI, or product context

Experience building or contributing to dashboards in a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Some exposure to A/B or A/A testing concepts and how they're used to measure product changes
Attention to detail and good instincts around data quality
Able to clearly communicate progress, blockers, and findings to teammates and stakeholders
Comfortable seeking out help, asking clarifying questions, and partnering with others to solve problems
Nice to have: beginner-level Python or R, familiarity with event taxonomy or instrumentation design, exposure to SaaS or Enterprise product environments

Support for your work on feature measurement and A/B testing, with increasing independence as you grow
Active mentorship from senior and staff analysts invested in your technical and professional development
