1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.

At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.

If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.

This is a role for a sharp, data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll own multi-channel paid strategy end-to-end, partnering closely with the Self-Serve Team and Growth to ensure 1Password reaches and converts the right users at every stage of the funnel — from first touch to paid account. You'll turn investment into signups and activations, experiments into learnings, and data into decisions that move the business forward. This role requires a strong balance of strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring paid channels are optimized against both leading indicators (engagement, trials) and lagging indicators (customers, revenue).

A key part of how you'll operate is through AI. You'll actively build and utilize AI agents and automated workflows to increase speed, surface insights faster, and scale execution without sacrificing quality. If you're energized by building efficient, high-performing growth programs with direct impact to self-serve revenue — and you embrace AI as a core part of how great marketing gets done — this role is for you.

On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
