CPT-10901 Operations Manager (Retail, Inventory & Business Operations)
Quick Summary

- Support financial organization and reporting
- Monitor and manage Shopify orders and transactions
- Ensure proper order processing, returns, and exchanges
- Identify and resolve workflow issues in order management
- Document workflows and operational procedures
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Help implement systems to scale operations effectively
- Support leadership in optimizing business processes
- Shopify
- QuickBooks
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- GoHighLevel
- Inventory / operations tracking tools
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- 3–5+ years experience in operations, retail, or business operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and reports
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
Nice to Have

- Experience supporting growing or scaling operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting
- Part-time to start, with opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business growth
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: EST, TBD
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
