We are currently seeking an experienced, hardworking Underground Utility Crew to handle the installation and maintenance of critical water, sewer, and storm services. This is a high-demand role for those who aren't afraid of long hours and thrive in a team-oriented construction environment.

Responsibilities

→Install, repair, and maintain underground water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.
→Perform deep excavations and ensure proper alignment and grading of pipes using lasers and grade instruments.
→Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, backhoes, and trenchers, to bury utilities safely.
→Collaborate with a crew to dig trenches, lay pipe/conduit, backfill, and compact soil.
→Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and confined space entry procedures.

Requirements

Licensing: Valid Driver's License with a clean record; CDL is preferred but not required.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated history of installing water, sewer, and storm services.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with pipe lasers, line and grade, and fusion welding (HDPE experience is a plus).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform manual labor (digging, kneeling, crouching) in varying weather conditions.
Safety Mindset: Knowledge of trench safety and underground utility locating.
