AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and software engineering, with hands-on experience building scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models for various use cases
• Build, train, test, and deploy AI models into production environments
• Work with structured and unstructured data for model development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
• Monitor and maintain deployed models for performance and reliability
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and model deployment strategies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs)
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Exposure to vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
