- →Oversees and directs inventory management staff, including training, coaching, scheduling, and supervisory responsibilities;
| - →Utilizes, develops, and maintains inventory tracking systems to accurately monitor stock levels and inventory movement;
| - →Analyzes inventory usage and anticipates future needs to ensure clinical staff have the supplies necessary to safely perform their duties;
| - →Remains current on industry trends, products, and best practices to support organizational growth and operational effectiveness;
| - →Sources suppliers and vendors, assists with contract negotiations, and fosters effective business relationships;
| - →Recommends alternative supplies, vendors, equipment, or software solutions to meet operational needs;
| - →Assists with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and other employee relations matters, as appropriate;
| - →Prepares reports and provides recommendations to management regarding cost reduction, inventory optimization, and process improvements;
| - →Ensures inventory staff comply with applicable health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations; and
| - →Additional functions will include, but are not limited to, monitoring and reporting on Dental Center inventory levels, establishing and maintaining inventory control procedures, and participating in cross-functional process improvement initiatives within the Dental Department.
