- To ensure shared expectations for our Service Delivery Agreements (SDAs) amongst all engagement stakeholders
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate multiple engagements and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- →Liaise between own team members and client teams in the US
- →Assign and update team member engagement forecasts
- →Monitor status update compliance and escalate to Portfolio Management when there are compliance or quality concerns
- →Monitor and report on engagement spend
- →Schedule standing check-in meetings with own team members
- →Schedule monthly check-in meetings with our clients
- →Create and facilitate engagement onboarding, execution, and closeout checklists
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree of related college course
- Firsthand experience with team coordination
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- A team player, capable of adapting to change
- Ability to learn new software and collaborate on the creation of new processes to reduce inefficiencies or ambiguity
- Proficiency in MS Office
Requirements
~1 min read- Professional Services experience
- Salesforce and/or FinancialForce experience
