Responsibilities

→Follow safe work behaviors and look out for hazards
→Perform cycle counts in the warehouse, production areas, and off-site storage areas
→Accurately scan and verify loads
→Meter and prepare packages to ship all packages for shipping carriers or courier services, including secured and hazardous materials
→Operate fork trucks and scissor lifts and perform work on elevated platforms up to 30 feet high
→Perform material handling work as needed

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (completed before the start date)
Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts and overtime as required
Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or merchandising
Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI (54751), or relocation before starting

Basic computer, scanning, and data entry skills
Attention to detail
Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles safely
Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy
Ability to work comfortably at elevated heights
Post high-school education or training
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented work style
Ability to safely handle packages and materials throughout the shift
