As a Production Operator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

Observing all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area
Applying quality instructions and specifications
Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met
Loading/unloading material into and from equipment
Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving and assisting others
Understanding and following all safety policies and procedures
Following process standards to ensure quality products are produced
Performing data entry and recording required tests and adjusting processes as necessary to meet quality specifications
Maintaining excellent housekeeping
Handling hazardous waste material in accordance with federal and state regulations

Candidates must successfully complete 3M Manufacturing Employee Selection Process (MESP) testing.

The starting pay for this position is $33.97/hr, with the potential to reach $41.64/hr. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.
