Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institute and five (5) years of
combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment

OR
Bachelor’s or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and three (3) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment

Five (5) year of combined experience in Capital equipment and/or Facilities project management in a private, public, government or military environment
Prior experience with webline, extrusion, material handling, or inspection equipment
Team player with the ability to contribute in a matrix environment
Proficient user of typical business, office, and technical software for tasks such as spreadsheet computation and/or project presentation/scheduling

Work Location: Onsite, New Elm
Travel: May include up to 25% primarily domestic/ international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Target Job Grade (Range): T2-T4

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
