To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Chemical Engineer / Mechanical/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Mechatronic Engineer or any similar Engineering that can feed the profile concluded.
Minimum two years of experience in Manufacturing, Product & Process, Automotive sector in similar roles.
Intermediate/advanced English level.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

SAP, APQP, PPAP FMEA, SPC & MSA, Project Management Knowledge
Office, Statistic, Communications skills
