This exciting opportunity is based out of our Downtown Chicago office.

Responsibilities

A Gradient Specialist’s responsibilities and duties are as follows:

  • →Complete the Gradient Development Program training. 
  • →Pursue and obtain Google Cloud Platform Certifications based on your matched career track.  
  • →Work with technical and business leads to transfer global business requirements into sound solutions. 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or similar, graduating in Spring 2027.
  • Programming or scripting experience in any language, Python preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML, Data Analytics, or Data Science.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use analytical skills to solve complex problems.
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to commit to our Gradient Specialist Program and the technical career that follows.  

 

Base salary packages are based on function, candidate skill set, education, and relevant experience. 

US Base Salary Range
$75,000—$80,000 USD
