Junior Frontend Developer

6sense HQ Limited is an innovative software company with a diverse international client base and a team of expert developers. We specialize in web development, managed delivery, custom software development, dedicated team solutions, and UX design. We are now looking for a skilled Junior Frontend Developer to join our Engineering team and contribute to production-grade projects.

Position: Junior Frontend Developer

Department: Engineering
Experience Required: 1+ Years (Full-time Professional Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience building and shipping production-level web applications.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (Next.js experience preferred).

- Solid understanding of responsive UI development and component-based architecture.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with common frontend libraries/frameworks.

- Familiarity with state management tools (React Query, Redux, Zustand, etc).

- Good understanding of version control workflows (Git, GitHub/GitLab).

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code.

- Strong problem-solving skills (ACM/competitive programming background is a plus, not mandatory).

- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written & spoken).

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant field from any reputed local or foreign university.

Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality, production-ready UIs for web applications.

- Convert Figma/UX designs into fully responsive, pixel-perfect React components.

- Consume & integrate internal and third-party APIs.

- Collaborate with backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features.

- Write optimized, reusable components with best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews, version control workflows, and sprint planning.

- Identify performance issues and help improve UI speed, accessibility, and maintainability.

- Work closely with project managers and designers to deliver features on time.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:

- Salary ranges from 35,000 BDT - 45,000 BDT (Based on experience)
