UX/UI Designer

7Vals builds enterprise software used by organizations. Our products solve complex operational problems, so thoughtful design and clear workflows are critical.

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer who can turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive product experiences. You will translate customer needs into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. The role requires both strong visual design skills and the ability to design complete workflows that solve real user problems.

• →Translate customer needs and workflows into clear UX solutions
• →Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for rapid iteration
• →Present design ideas and explain design decisions clearly
• →Create visually polished interfaces with strong attention to detail
• →Ensure designs are usable, consistent, and complete across workflows
• →Use product data, insights, and user feedback to improve usability

• 2–3 years experience designing digital product interfaces
• Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe design tools
• Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy)
• Ability to design complete user workflows, not just screens
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic judgment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience using data, analytics, or user feedback to guide design decisions
• Strong collaboration skills working with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Awareness of competitor products and evolving UX practices
• Portfolio with case studies demonstrating workflow or product problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience designing enterprise or B2B software
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries
