We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling designs across digital platforms.
Responsibilities

- →Own Off Page and Campaign Design Execution across: LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, G2,Capterra, and other listing sites
- →Create digital marketing materials for display ad campaigns, email marketing and downloadable assets
- →Create templates for AI driven content visualization, thumbnails, motion ready static assets
- →Collaborate with internal team and freelancers to ensure visual alignment with brand guidelines
- →Standardize design formats and contribute to evolving brand manual
- →Maintain typography, layout, and color consistency aligned with brand strategy
- →Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation, visual exploration, and production
- →Partner with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to support fast campaign rollouts
- →Ensure production ready files are optimized for digital performance
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 plus years of digital design experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven experience designing for LinkedIn campaigns, paid ads, and digital growth marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign design, digital branding, and scalable template systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects (preferred)
- Experience with motion ready assets and basic animation workflows
- Working knowledge of AI design tools and comfort using LLM powered workflows
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and digital performance design
The candidate should demonstrate:
- Strong systems thinking, able to templatize and standardize design workflows
- Comfort leveraging AI to increase speed and depth of output
- Ability to operate in fast moving campaign environments
- Ownership mindset over specific channels
- Strong documentation habits and clarity in process building
- Adaptability and openness to structured feedback
