Web Marketing Specialist - Japanese Bilingual

We are looking for a Web Marketing Specialist to support business expansion in the U.S. market within the luxury resale / retail industry.

• Employment type: Full-time
• Location: West Hollywood, California (On-site Only)
• Working hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm. 
• Off days: 2 days per week

【Job Responsibilities】

• Plan, develop, and write digital content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, RED (Xiaohongshu), and Google Business Profile.
• Design and produce offline promotional materials such as flyers, store banners, vouchers, and marketing posters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to plan and create regular blog content for company websites.
• Coordinate with and manage external agencies or production vendors when necessary to execute marketing initiatives.
• Execute, optimize, and analyze marketing campaigns, and prepare regular internal performance reports.

【Minimum requirements】

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in Japanese.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics with great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

【Compensation】

• Salary: USD 5,500/month for the first 3 months.
  Salary after 3 months: USD 6,000/month.

【Training Program (Overseas Training Opportunity)】

• Upon joining, employees will participate in a 1-3-month overseas training program (approximately between July - September 2026) in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, or Malaysia)
• Monthly salary will be provided during the training period
• Full housing support will be covered by the company
• Visa support will be provided for the duration of the training

【Training Details】

• Develop knowledge of luxury brands and resale market
• Gain hands-on experience in both office and retail store environments
• Learn product evaluation techniques, including identifying materials, craftsmanship, and authenticity (e.g., tools used, leather characteristics, and distinguishing counterfeit items)
