A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. is looking for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor.

This position is responsible for managing the machining, assembly, shipping and receiving operations including scheduling, monitoring production, training, performance improvement, administering company policy, maintaining inventory, workplace safety and quality assessment.

• Previous experience in production management, manufacturing or industrial technology.
• Prior management and supervisory experience or other leadership experience preferred.
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
• Knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
