  • Perform repairs including basic Suspension & Steering Diagnostics/Repair, basic Brake Diagnostics/Repair, Wheel Alignments, Tire Repair, Fluid Maintenance Exchanges, and Battery Checks and Installation.

  • Maintain and build general automotive skills to allow flexibility in work assignments.

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

  • Properly maintain tools and equipment in accordance with manufacturer and company safety guidelines.

  • Plan and organize work for maximum efficiency, including vehicle movement.

  • Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven ability to perform standard automotive repairs.

  • ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in at least two categories: Suspension & Steering and Brakes (or ability to obtain within 12 months – paid for by AAA).

  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Valid driver’s license.

    • Authorized to work in the USA.

    • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).
