Requirements

Five years of Human Resources experience in one or more Human Resources functions.
Or
Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in Human Resources in one or more Human Resources functions.
Degree (one of):
BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred
Major/Minor (one of):
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred BUSINESS MANAGEMENT - Preferred HUMAN RES MGMT - Preferred
PCS may be authorized.
Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas/Exchange Location)
Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work.
Or

Keeps abreast of upcoming Human Resources (HR) related government regulations, policies, and law changes. Research to determine applicability and communicates the overall impact to the organization to key stakeholders.
Assists in the design, development, training initiatives, and communication of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Answers questions on Human Resources policies and procedures. Interprets and provides advice on complex Human Resources issues.
Performs other duties as assigned.
