Spvy Cust Exp Spec (Firearms)

Create an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers with firearm and ammunition purchases, providing exceptional service, Lead, train and empower team members utilizing leadership skills. Responsible for accurate record keeping and adherence to all FFL and state laws to ensure program compliance.

Completion of High school or the equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records is required. Must pass a background check and comply with all legal requirements for firearms sales. Position is subject to random drug testing.

POSITION COMES WITH BENEFITS TO INCLUDE MEDICAL/DENTAL/LIFE INSURANCE, 401K, PAID VACATION AND SICK LEAVE,RETIREMENT. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. ABLE TO LIFT 40 LBS AND MORE DETAIL ORIENTED. HAS A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND A TEAM PLAYER. MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO APPLY.
