RN For Direct Access Screening Colonoscopy Program

$38.20 - $57.30

Park Ridge, Illinois, United States

RN will work in the South building on the 4th floor within the Pre-surgical Testing area. Scheduling patients for Direct Access Screening Colonoscopies using the DASC work queue to contact patients to screen them and schedule. A lot of administrative tasks coordination with physicians and their schedules.

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. BSN preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Teamwork, having an emphasis on patients receiving high quality care. Communication, hard-working, multi-tasking, engagement. Collaboration.
  •  Endoscopy/GI experience is required.
  • GI Certification preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking. 
  • Time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Proficiency in operating computer functions (e.g., E-mail, electronic records, digital platforms etc.) clinical, aviation, maintenance, communications, and administrative departments.
