ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Student Analyst to join our team serving children and families throughout the St. Petersburg area. This position is ideal for RBTs who are actively pursuing BCBA certification — you'll provide services across local schools and home settings while receiving dedicated practicum supervision and increased opportunities to accrue supervised fieldwork hours toward certification.


As a Student Analyst, you'll work closely with our BCBA team not only to deliver high-quality ABA therapy, but also to build the clinical and leadership skills needed for your path to becoming a BCBA — all within a collaborative, BCBA-owned organization that invests directly in your growth.

Clinical Support & Growth Opportunities

RBT/Student Analysts at ABA Solutions receive enhanced clinical support designed specifically to help them succeed and grow toward BCBA certification.


Our team provides:

  • Dedicated practicum supervision from experienced, USF-certified BCBA supervisors

What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home settings
  • Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your supervising BCBA
  • Collect and accurately document session data in real-time
  • Facilitate social, communication, behavioral, and adaptive skills
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to drive outcomes
  • Support skill generalization across multiple environments
  • Actively accrue supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification


Where You'll Work

School-Based Services
Support students during the school day by implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting classroom participation, and helping students develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.


Home-Based Services
Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes while partnering with caregivers to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress across daily routines.

Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Currently enrolled in (or planning to enroll in) an ABA/BCBA-track graduate program, or otherwise pursuing BCBA
  • certification
  • Experience working with children or youth in educational or therapeutic settings
  • Reliable transportation for travel between home/school cases
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for providing ethical, person-centered ABA services
