Staff Nurse

QUALIFICATIONS

• With a valid English exam

    IELTS: minimum of 7.0 in any three components and 6.5 in any one component

    OET: minimum of Grade B in any three components and C+ in any one component

• At least 4 years of solid current experience working in the ED in one of the top hospitals in the Philippines
• Currently working in a Level 3 or 4 tertiary hospital
• Experience in resuscitation, trauma, and triage (ideally Manchester Triage System (MTS) or Canadian Triage)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (the Mater ED is the busiest in Ireland, requiring strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage high patient volumes)
• Ability to provide comprehensive ED care, including triaging, assessment, initiating investigations (ECGs, blood tests), medication administration, and managing patient care from arrival through discharge or admission
• Experience working in a major trauma centre environment with exposure to critical, life-threatening, and life-changing injuries
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to “hit the ground running”, competent, and enthusiastic

• 37,288 - 53,873EUR (~2.6M+ - 3.8M+PHP) salary per annum, depending on years of experience
