Outbound Coordinator

We are looking for a Outbound Coordinator to join our European Distribution Center team. In this role, you will combine hands-on warehouse operations with team coordination responsibilities, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient outbound logistics processes. You will act as a key support to the Supervisor and step in as backup when needed.

  Execute daily warehouse activities: receiving, inspection, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and loading

• →

  Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485 / ISO 14001) and internal procedures, with full traceability of goods

• →

  Maintain accurate system updates (SAP/ERP) and perform inventory controls such as cycle counts

• →

  Prepare and coordinate shipments, including emergency requests, and ensure optimal packaging and labeling

• →

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• →

  Support the Supervisor and coordinate team workload, priorities, and performance

• →

  Train and guide team members while acting as a role model for communication, quality, and collaboration

• →

  Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels

• Proven experience in warehouse operations combined with team coordination or leadership exposure

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485 is a plus)

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English

• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams

• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance

• Excellent planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities

• Resilience under pressure and a continuous improvement mindset
