Project Manager- Digital Health

• →Lead and deliver complex digital health projects from initiation to completion, ensuring key milestones and objectives are met
• →Drive improvements, standardisation, and efficiency across project management processes, tools, and training
• →Manage project governance, ensuring best practice and compliance are consistently applied
• →Develop and execute robust project plans aligned with business and customer needs
• →Oversee resource planning, installation, and go-live activities
• →Build strong relationships and provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including customer and third-party stakeholders
• →Support key account implementations and major customer requirements
• →Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder forums internally and externally
• →Contribute to improving win rates, retention, and operational performance metrics

• Proven experience in project/program management within the digital health or diagnostics industry
• Track record of delivering highly complex projects successfully
• Experience using formal project management methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar preferred
• Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly desirable

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation
• Highly organised, results-driven, and solution-oriented
• Strong team player and motivator, with a collaborative mindset
• Commercial awareness and ability to align project delivery to business goals
