Revenue Cycle Specialist III

Serve as a process SME to internal department team members on internal processes and source documents.
Perform all team essential duties proficiently; including resolution of all Revenue processes, handling queues in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and troubleshooting patient claims.
In collaboration with leadership, support management of workflows and team resource allocation.
Attend and co-facilitate associated meetings with internal departments.
Utilize Microsoft Office and EMR reporting tools to support team initiatives and leadership requests.
Participate in cross-department project initiatives, as needed.
Perform all duties and document all information according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
Ability to support work queue turnaround time requirements.
Ability to actively contribute in the process improvement process.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping skills.
Excellent analytical skills; ability to understand business processes.
