Camp Boss ( BISCAT - Housing & Catering)

The Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp, including housing and catering services, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all camp residents. This role involves coordinating with various departments to maintain high standards of service, managing staff performance, addressing residents' concerns, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

• →Manage and supervise camp lodging and catering services to meet company standards.
• →Coordinate with catering and housekeeping teams to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• →Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene policies within the camp premises.
• →Handle logistics related to camp supplies and inventory management.
• →Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by camp residents promptly.
• →Manage camp staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• →Prepare reports on camp operations and suggest improvements.

• →Proven 5+ experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Manager, or similar role in housing and catering management.
• →Knowledge of camp operations, catering services, and facility management.
• →Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• →Ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate efficiently.
• →Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• →Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• →Flexibility to work in a camp environment and handle emergency situations.
