We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, reliable, and inspiring experiences for entrepreneurs around the world. You'll take full ownership across the end-to-end product design cycle—from discovering the problem and prototyping concepts to running usability tests and shipping the final design.

This is a full-time, freelance Product Designer role with an initial duration of 3 months and a possibility to extend.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with designers and Product Managers to shape user journeys and drive product design from concept to launch
• Lead and contribute to user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and design thinking workshops
• Help grow and evolve our design system
• Shape our design processes, tools, and culture as the team scales

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or in a similar UX role
• High proficiency in Figma
• Solid grasp of UX principles and hands-on experience running user research
• Experience with AI tools—or even shipping code directly—is a plus
• Experience designing for complex systems is a plus
• Formal training in design, psychology, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in German is a strong advantage
