Experience: Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER preferred); primary background as a nurse practitioner, aide or porter preferred

Education: Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus. You must be comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.
