Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Group Home Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) at our Seneca Road Group Home in Sharpsville, PA.

Full-Time and Part-Time Hours Available

As a DSP, you will provide essential support within a group home setting, helping individuals live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. This role is perfect for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in others' lives.

• →Support behavioral, social, and daily living skill development
• →Assist with recreational and community activities
• →Follow treatment plans and document progress
• →Provide companionship and supervision
• →Submit documentation and payroll on time
• →Participate in ongoing training
• →Assist with personal care needs as required
• →Work independently and as part of a team within the group home environment

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background checks
• Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed

Afternoon & Evening Shifts

• Monday-Sunday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Overnight Shifts

• Wednesday: 11:00 PM - Thursday 7:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:00 PM - Sunday 7:00 AM

• Flexible scheduling
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Not required — paid training provided
