Technical Tools

EngineeringDevops Engineer

Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines
Manage Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters and containerized services
Automate repetitive tasks with Bash, Ansible, and similar tools
Maintain observability tooling – ELK stack, OpenTelemetry, APM tools
Partner with teams on architecture, security, and DevOps practices

3+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering experience
Strong knowledge of security principles and vulnerability scanning
Strong understanding of containerization and microservices
Strong experience with GitOps and automation tooling – Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD
Production experience with Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes

Nice to Have

Infrastructure as code – Terraform, Pulumi, or similar
Service mesh – Istio, Linkerd, or similar
Secrets management – HashiCorp Vault, or similar
Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or similar
Certification in Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes – EX280, CKA, or similar
