Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using .NET technologies
Take an active role in shaping and developing end-to-end mobility products, including eTicketing, Fleet Management, Real-Time Passenger Information, and MaaS solutions
Collaborate on product decisions that directly impact public transport operations and passenger experience
Build and maintain mission-critical backend services handling payments, vehicle data, real-time tracking, and integrations with external mobility platforms
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions
Defining and driving technical vision and architecture for scalable solutions
Ensuring coding standards, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team
Take ownership of your work, from concept to deployment

Strong experience working with .NET / .NET Core (C#) technologies
Experience in developing REST APIs and backend services
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
Experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Experience using Redis for caching and performance optimization
Experience working with container platforms, preferably Red Hat OpenShift
Experience with Docker and basic understanding of Kubernetes concepts
Understanding of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Keycloak)
Basic to good knowledge of frontend technologies such as TypeScript and Vue.js (or related modern frameworks)
Focus on system performance, scalability, and security
Proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to innovate
