Responsibilities

→Independently lead software implementation projects
→Monitor project progress and team utilization
→Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with Business Development to pursue them
→Plan and manage project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery
→Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of delivered solutions
→Take ownership of project financials, including revenue and cost tracking, internal cost optimization, and reporting in internal tools
→Coordinate efficient resource allocation in collaboration with line managers
→Create and manage all relevant project documentation
→Prioritize deliverables, manage scope and changes, and ensure alignment with project goals
→Act as the main point of contact for clients, manage project-related communication, and represent the company’s interests
→Help define business relationships with project partners and suppliers
→Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders
→Continuously upgrade your professional knowledge and skills

Requirements

3+ years of experience in project management
Excellent command of the English language
Valid category B driver’s license
Familiarity with software development and delivery processes
Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Agile methodologies
