Senior Business Analyst - Finance & Accounting

• Analyzing and modelling business processes to better understand client needs and identify areas for improvement, particularly in the field of budgetary accounting
• Writing functional specifications and collaborating with the team to define requirements for the development and integration of the ERP system with other solutions
• Ensuring solution quality through testing and validation prior to delivery
• Actively participating in gathering client feedback to support the further development and improvement of the product
• Training end users and providing support during the implementation of new solutions

🔷 What we expect from you?

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably involving complex processes and multiple industries
• Relevant experience working with clients and solutions in the field of finance and accounting 
• The ability to reconcile different requirements and make informed decisions based on structured process and data analysis
• Collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt

🔷 Bonus if you have

• Experience with relational databases and a basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or other relevant technologies 
• Strong knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory framework governing finance and accounting
• Experience with Scrum or agile methodology
