Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using .NET technologies
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions
Defining and driving technical vision and architecture for scalable solutions
Ensuring coding standards, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team
Take ownership of your work, from concept to deployment

6+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core
Strong background in software architecture and design patterns
Solid knowledge of MS SQL and experience with front-end frameworks (ReactJS or Angular)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and agile development practices
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align technical decisions with business goals
Proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to innovate

Nice to Have

Experience with distributed architecture
Preferred experience with Linux, especially RHEL and derivatives (OL)
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining redundant, resilient, and highly available systems (24/7/365)
Extensive experience with SIP stack is a plus
