Summary:
As an Analytics Practitioner, a typical day involves developing meaningful business insights through the application of predictive statistical modeling. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models to support predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes within cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive analytics solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable outcomes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
