Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within existing systems. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as the developer navigates through different phases of application development to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience in application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
