Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to support the implementation of new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on process objectives and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process design and documentation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales and Channel Management.
- Strong capability in analyzing complex business environments to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Ability to create comprehensive process documentation that supports technology implementation.
- Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to ensure business needs are accurately captured and addressed.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey process designs and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Sales and Channel Management.
