Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in maintaining and updating existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate language models into various software applications effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of machine learning models.
- Knowledge of programming languages commonly used in AI and software development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
