Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other platforms and tools. - Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
