Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various project components to ensure that software solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to understand requirements, developing application features, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and configuration details.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
